This is one of the newest fabrics in our assortment.
It is made of carded wool.
This fabric has a nice twill weave. Ideal for winter garment. The fabric is, also due to its tight weave, quite good water repellent.
The fabric feels quite soft, and drapes very nice and also due to the lighter weight no stiffness.
Also very suitable for later periods of re-enacting like 14th, 15th and 16th century!
The colour of this fabric is tricky, like the colour of red wine: do you see it purplish or do you see red? It is anyway a dark colour and it has dark shades.
