This wool is made of the slightly rougher carded wool.
Ideal for winter garment. The fabric is, also due to its tight weave, quite good water repellent.
The fabric feels quite soft, and drapes very nice and also due to the lighter weight nearly no stiffness.
Also very suitable for later periods of re-enacting like 14th, 15th and 16th century!
