In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the following Gift Card conditions apply to Gift Cards issued by Classic Fabrics. By using a Classic Fabrics Gift Card, you accept these Gift Card conditions and commit yourself to comply with them.
- The following terms and conditions apply to all Gift Cards issued by Classic Fabrics (both electronic and printed gift cards, hereinafter collectively referred to as: “Gift Card”) that are sold by Classic Fabrics.
- The Gift Card is issued in value of €15.00, €25.00, €35.00, €50.00, €75.00, €100.00 and €150.00.
- Each Gift Card has a unique code. This can be a number code and/or PIN code and/or text code. Each Gift Card is only issued once. You must store the Gift Card (including the code) carefully. In the event of theft (including the use of the code by unauthorized third parties) or loss (including the accidental or unintentional deletion of e-mails), no compensation will be paid. Only original Gift Cards and codes can be used and must be provided to Classic Fabrics upon request. Classic Fabrics reserves the right to accept a Gift Card only after reception of the original Gift Card (in the case of an electronic gift card: the e-mail from Classic Fabrics with the relevant code). In the case of improper use, payment in cash will still be requested.
- The Gift Card issued by Classic Fabrics can only be exchanged for purchases of products via classicfabrics.nl, at markets and in our store.
- The Gift Card cannot be used to fulfil the shipping costs.
- The Gift Card must be used in full in one transaction.
- The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher in order to extend the expiry date.
- Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
- Due to tax regulations, customers outside the EU are obligated to purchase the gift card “Non-EU Gift Card”. If Classic Fabrics notices that this is not the case, additional costs will be charged before issuing the gift card or in the event of a conflict, the order will be canceled
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Gift Card itself. The Gift Card cannot be returned.
- In the event of Classic Fabrics, on the basis of article 6 – Right of withdrawal of the General Terms and Conditions, proceeds to refund (part of) the invoice value, in case of use of the Gift Card as well as payment by IDEAL, Bancontact or credit card, refund will take place as much as possible by increasing the Gift Card balance to the original balance. If this is not sufficient, the remaining refund will take place by means of a refund in cash by means of IDEAL, Bancontact or credit card to the account number known to us. In case that only the Gift Card has been used for payment, refund will take place by increasing the Gift Card balance.
- It is not permitted to modify, to fals, undermine or otherwise affect (including hacking) the Gift Card or its operation.
- Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action will be recorded and will result in the use of the Gift Card being denied.
- It is not permitted to use the Gift Card in any way for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which it was issued.
- These gift card terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. We recommend that you consult the gift card terms and conditions each time before using the gift card. If you continue to use the gift card after the changes have taken effect, you accept the changed gift card terms and conditions.
- You can redeem an unlimited amount of Gift Card or a combination of a maximum of 1 discount code and an unlimited amount of Gift Cards per order.
- Classic Fabrics will process and handle all data and information when purchasing the Gift Card in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the website of Classic Fabrics.
- If you have any questions or comments about using the Gift Card or problems redeeming it, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we will handle your question as soon as possible.
