Diagonal twill wool red‑brown and grey is made from slightly rougher carded fibres, giving it a natural, authentic feel.
Ideal for winter garments, it offers good water repellency thanks to its tight weave.
Despite the carded structure, the fabric feels pleasantly soft, drapes beautifully and, due to its lighter weight, shows almost no stiffness.
It is also very suitable for later reenactment periods such as the 14th, 15th and 16th century.
